This draft agenda for WPCM 2002 is proposed in order to begin the process of planning for BDiB 2002.  Its primary function is to elicit your ideas, to start you thinking about the kind of fun we will have next summer.  It may also serve as a structure for the upcoming conference where we will hopefully be able to discuss in detail all your ideas and come to some decisions.

      Both sessions could adhere to the following order of topic:
                   Membership
                   Overall format
                   Events

      The first two topics may not be very exciting but they include some important questions which I feel must be answered before we can move on to the much more interesting question of events.  We do not have to waste much time on the first two but we do have to settle the main issues.  On the next pages, I have broken down the topics into subtopics including some of my ideas.  Please, please, please submit your own ideas!!! Feel free to print this off and scribble all over it, or email your ideas in point form, or fashion a lengthy essay.  Or if you’re just too busy to bother, feel free to trust in the wisdom of your fellow boys.  As you will.

          I would like some response before Hallowe’en.  I will take your responses, incorporate
them into the Agenda and have it ready to be voted on, as the first order of business at
WPCM. By the way, when is a good time to meet?
